Joe's Band (Drummer)
Cale is the drummer for the band Joe’s Band, a psyche-rock 5 piece led by Joseph Ritchie. While not the core songwriter of the project, Cale still works alongside Joe and Co in composing beats and arranging songs.
The band recently released their second single ‘Butterfly’ with guest vocalist Lily Wade.

Pigmoth (Drummer)
In addition to Cale’s work with Joe’s Band he is a founding member, drummer and composer of the Jazz/experimental group Pigmoth. The band was founded by Cale and Cass Davies (NIMROD) who met in a course at QUT and started making “impossible songs” with midi on Ableton. Eventually the group became a full live act with the help of bassist Hayden Janssens and saxophonist Rory Kelly (of The Barley Shakes and Jam and Scones).
Self described as ‘not your hypothetical meemaw's jazz fusion band in brisbane’ - Pigmoth embrace odd time signatures, a-tonal harmony, lengthy unison lines and constant metric modulation to play fusion grooves with a dwindling attention span.
